With optical functional layers the reflection resp. transmission behaviour of optical components can specifically be set. Consequently the required functionality of a product can be realised. We offer dielectrical (interference coating systems without absorption) as well as metallic coatings.
 VTD Vakuumtechnik Dresden GmbH offers customers a wide variety of customised solutions for application and technology-specific coating systems to be used in production as well as for training and research purposes. The company's core competencies focus on the development of energy-efficient PVD systems for coating parts made of plastic, glass, ceramic and metal in a vacuum. VTD has decades of experience and skills in the field of the research and development of innovative processes based on electron-beam technology and their implementation for sophisticated surface engineering application, thus enabling the company to make a key contribution to the customers' success.
